4. Client Responsibility

5. Will Preparation & Notary Services.
All wills are prepared in accordance with Spanish legal requirements through trusted partners
Final execution of the will must take place before a Spanish Notary
Notary fees are not included unless explicitly stated
Elysium is not responsible for decisions made by notaries or legal professionals.
6. Fees & Payment
Standard Spanish Will
Prices start from €79 (subject to change)
Notary fees (typically €80–€120) are payable separately
Additional services (e.g. translation, legal advice, tax planning) may incur extra charges
Funeral Plan Inclusive Will
A free Spanish will is included only when an Elysium Funeral Plan is paid in full
This offer is subject to eligibility and may be withdrawn at any time
All fees will be clearly communicated before proceeding.
7. Third-Party Services
Elysium may introduce you to third-party providers, including:
Lawyers
Notaries
Translation services
These providers operate independently.
Elysium accepts no liability for:
Their advice
Their services
Any agreements made directly with them
8. Timescales
We aim to complete the will process promptly; however, timescales may vary depending on:
Client responsiveness
Notary availability
Complexity of the estate
Elysium does not guarantee specific completion timeframes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elysium shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Delays caused by third parties
Legal or tax outcomes resulting from client decisions
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
10. Cancellation & Refunds
Clients may cancel services prior to document preparation
Once will drafting has commenced, fees may be non-refundable
Any third-party costs already incurred are non-refundable
Refunds, where applicable, are at the discretion of Elysium.
11. Data Protection & Privacy
Elysium processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.Your information will be used solely for:
Providing services
Coordinating with relevant professionals
Legal and administrative purposes
We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes without consent.
12. Intellectual Property
